How we work

We're building developer tools at one of the most interesting moments in computing history. LLMs are changing how software is built, and the teams that ship AI in production need a whole new class of tooling.

We're a small team - every person has outsized impact. We ship weekly, talk to customers constantly, and have the tight feedback loops of an early-stage company with the stability of a product that hundreds of teams depend on every day.

We work 7 days a week and most of the team live together in hacker houses in Alameda. We're only looking for people who are genuinely excited about the grind - building something great requires that level of intensity, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We're creating something special here, and we're excited to build it with you.
